RealtimeRetrieve provides a real-time structured search API for developers, AI agents, and LLM applications. Our service delivers clean, machine-readable JSON data from web search and related sources.

2. Account Registration

To use RealtimeRetrieve, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage quotas
• Use the service to scrape or collect personal data in violation of privacy laws

4. Subscription and Billing

RealtimeRetrieve offers subscription plans with monthly request quotas. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payment information is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. API Usage and Monitoring

We monitor API usage to ensure service stability and for billing purposes. Usage data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime as described in your plan's SLA. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

RealtimeRetrieve and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealtimeRetrieve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtimeRetrieve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
